Frequently asked questions

How do I get a licence for navaccess on Mac?

The licence is free. In navaccess, open the Licence window and choose "Request my free licence". Enter your first and last name: a request email is prepared with your Mac's code, you just have to send it. You then receive your licence by email: in the Licence window, choose "Enter the licence" and simply paste the whole email.

How do I update navaccess on Mac?

navaccess checks for updates every time it starts. You can also use the navaccess menu, then "Check for updates".

How do I read a document well with the iPhone?

In the Text reader, choose "Guided Document". Lay the page on a table, hold the iPhone above it and follow the instructions: navaccess takes the photo by itself once the document is well framed.
